When I graduated college, I actually began pursuing a career (and education) in event planning.
Because of that background, I know the chaos, the countdowns, and the confetti involved (but I always try to avoid acxtual confetti). While I’ll never say "no" to a good part, I find that I am way better suited handling the design and artwork to support the events.

FESTIVALS
Festivals are a full-body workout for design (in the best way).
From pre-event hype to day-of directionals, design is needed to inform, excite, and sometimes improvise. You’ll see everything from posters and promos to reels, emails, swag, and signage, and just about anything else you’d spot between the main stage and the merch tent.

CONFERENCES/TRADE SHOWS
Conferences and tradeshows are a different kind of design marathon (less glitter, more strategy).
From branded environments to targeted collateral, every piece needs to support the message and move people—literally and figuratively. This section covers everything from pre-show promos and booth graphics to name tags, handouts, signage, and swag
